The Future Global Leaders Fellowship (FGL Fellowship) is a distinguished program designed to identify and support outstanding first-generation university students from underserved backgrounds. The fellowship aims to foster leadership development, empower individuals to achieve their full potential, and equip them with the tools necessary to contribute to global progress.
The FGL Fellowship is a comprehensive, three-year leadership development initiative that begins with a rigorous three-week leadership training session held in early August. This intensive program includes academic workshops, physical challenges, and wilderness experiences designed to build resilience, teamwork, and leadership skills. Throughout the fellowship, participants benefit from mentorship and guidance from accomplished professionals, tailored career advice, and access to internships abroad. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Future Global Leaders Fellowship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be currently enrolled in the second year of an undergraduate program in any discipline.
