No Previous Master’s Degree from a Swedish University: Applicants should not already possess a master’s degree from a Swedish university.
No Prior Swedish Institute or Other Swedish Scholarships: Applicants should not have received scholarships from the Swedish Institute or other Swedish institutions.

Secure Admission: Ensure that you have received an admission offer to a program at Karlstad University starting in the fall semester.
