Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Vice-Chancellor’s Award, applicants must:
- Residency: Be domiciled in one of the following countries: Nigeria, Ghana, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines, or Vietnam.
- Financial Status: Be self-financing their tuition fees.
- Course Enrollment: Be enrolling in a full-time taught undergraduate or postgraduate course at Sheffield Hallam University for the first time.
- Commencement Date: Begin their studies in either September 2024 or January 2025.
Award Details
The bursary amount varies based on the applicant’s country of residence and the chosen course of study. Eligible students may receive up to £3,000 towards their tuition fees for the first year of study.
