Eligibility for the Singapore International Graduate Award

• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Referee Reports: Two recommendation reports from academic referees are necessary.
• Prior Education in Singapore: SINGA is primarily intended for international students studying for the first time in Singapore. Therefore, Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents, and international students who have previously studied in Singapore are not eligible.
Requirements for the Singapore International Graduate Award
Applicants are required to prepare and submit the following documents:
• Valid Passport: A copy of a valid passport.
• Passport-Sized Photograph: A recent passport-sized photo in .jpeg or .png format.
• Academic Transcripts: Bachelor’s and/or master’s academic transcripts in English translation.

• Degree Certificates: Bachelor’s degree certificate(s) or a letter of certification from the university if the degree certificate has not yet been conferred.

• Optional Test Scores: GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT I & II, or GATE results are optional but may be requested by the university for admission.
